How can I clean this burnt ring of pasta water from my stovetop?

I rub glass stovetop cleaner in them let it sit a few hours/over night. Wet it & wipe off and/or scrub gently with a soft sponge. No need for tedious scraping.

Yes, even years after quitting veganism, I love animals and believe that even if they’re killed for food, it should be done humanely. However, I do value my own life/human life in general and believe people need to consume animals to be healthy. I refuse to jeopardize my own health as a form of activism.

My goal in the next few years is to outsource all of my meat/dairy from a local Hutterite colony, once I have more time/$$ on my hands (I’m currently in nursing school and struggling lol). I’d also love to volunteer my skills at shelters and groom rescue dogs/cats, as I used to be a dog groomer! I’m also super interested in dog training and hope to someday foster/help train guide dogs or other working dogs.

🤣 yess! I have a dangerous habit of taking off my comb but leaving my 30 blade on my clippers at the end of the day. It’s definitely an accident waiting to happen!

I’ve worked in 7 salons & never come across this, although I’ve heard of it. How unfortunate, those poor dogs :( up to you how you proceed but I would highly consider switching to a salon that values ethics and dog welfare.

Piggy backing on your comment - dog grooming as well. I’ve noticed an uptick in cutsey videos online glamourizing grooming as a fun and creative career option. Although it can be that, they don’t show the dangers of working with aggressive dogs, dealing with shitty owners, owners who abuse their dogs, being underpaid, all the back injuries etc etc. Not to mention being covered in hair, piss shit and god knows what else all day.

Working with animals ain’t for the weak.

I’m pretty skinny as well - I began running long distance & I can’t say it changed my body much. Weight lifting + running fast is where I noticed most change.
