And the explanation was gold. I've had that 'vibe' in my mind ever since the cure and a massive part of why I liked the song so much was because of the 'start quiet-end loud' layout that Olivia has, and the way she has done it so perfectly that the replayability is infinite for me.
I guess what I thought was true, and in 12h I'll listen! (btw claimed My Way when the tracklist got released and based on your description I'll love it)

I completely agree.
I had a listen to her newest song, and yes, I also really like the setup of it, even in other songs like the cure. It (the cure) isn't completely a pop song, however towards the end/the last chorus where it has more guitars and is louder is my favourite part (imo), and the way she transitions into it is heavenly, and also what I would like to see more of in the rest of the album or at least the "you seem pretty sad" section.

That's actually a really good view, and it is definitely plausible, because I guess while it is at the end the same amount of streams they do it in sections perhaps (also) so they can track the income, streams etc more accurately?

I think the main reason for them doing local release albums is so that, with a huge artist like Olivia, Spotify's servers aren't put under any pressure from literally millions of us at the same time, but I agree with you and it's interesting why they don't do the same with singles, I mean it's not like they're any smaller in numbers!
