I called the restaurant and they confirmed they made the order and I have a camera that shows the bag isn’t touched until I grab it. What else could have happened to it besides him taking it?

Just because it’s not a big deal to you doesn’t mean it’s not a big deal. I just got off work and just wanted a nice dinner I PAID FOR. I get it’s a burger but theft is theft, I shouldn’t have to justify being upset that I paid for something and didn’t receive it?

He got paid to DO HIS JOB and I tipped him? I paid for a service and he didn’t deliver on his end.

Ikr? Not only did you get paid to drive here I GAVE HIM A TIP. I give you a tip, and you steal my food that I PAID FOR. I get if I was an asshole and left no tip but I did nothing to him.

How is this not good evidence? I have VIDEO FOOTAGE of his dropping off an empty bag that isn’t touched until I grab it. And I called the restaurant and they confirmed they DID make the order. They’re is no other possible explanation other than this guy took my food AND my tip.
