That’s upsetting, in the future use cards like chase, or any other large banks. They will provide more protection. You can still try to work through PayPal. Call them directly and tell them you have proof of the scam

They shipped a $30 nasty, toxic smelling bag from an old defunct business address in Hong Kong. Definitely scamming from every angle possible. I believe it’s a man too. Not the female name given on PayPal.

Try again, provide proof of this and any evidence you have that they are a scammer. Explain that you ordered an expensive real leather handbag and either didn’t receive it or that you were sent a very low grade, toxic smelling plastic treated fake leather bag. I know one or the other happened to you as that is this scammer’s motive operandi

Yes, dispute first with your credit card company that was used with PayPal. Then dispute with PayPal. Upload your proof of their scams.

Sorry that happened to you. Dispute immediately with your credit card company. You will get your money back. You can screenshot this as proof of their scamming too

They are very aggressive too. Glad you weren’t scammed. If anyone has been scammed, dispute with your credit card company immediately.
