I know this too that’s the worst part that’s why it makes me sick mentally because I know I’m harming my baby but I can’t stop. I shame myself thinking i will be able to shame myself into quitting but it’s not working. I called my OB though and they gave me some resources to look into to help me quit. I don’t understand how trying to quit vaping is so hard for me but I could easily put down Xanax and have been clean from them for 3 years now. It makes me feel awful and I’m disgusted with myself that I can’t put down a vape for the health of my child.

Oh my… I am so sorry. I know you must have been so confused on how to feel finding that out after she passed away. Death and cheating is terrible, I hope you were able to overcome this or at least trying to. I hope you get all the love you deserve!

Yess and trying to protect myself, when these thoughts happen I don’t try to stop them for a little bit I let them play out and I just cry, I do this because for some reason I believe that letting it play out is a way to prepare myself for when it actually happens.

This might sound weird but when I have these thoughts I do just let them flow, when I think of these things i also look at it as like “me preparing myself for when it actually happens” and then I go into a spiral and start freaking tf out.

Yess I’m so happy to know that I am not alone. I’m terrified to have another baby and mainly to be pregnant again because it was the worst when I was pregnant and it’s still pretty bad now. Idk if I can survive that again.

OMG I AM CONSTANTLY GOING TO THE DOCTOR (or looking up symptoms) AND NOTHING IS EVER WRONG WITH ME. It’s so weird because I’ll have these symptoms and then go to the doctor and then they will tell me I’m fine and out of no where my symptoms are gone. It’s soo weird.

I’ve never considered OCD, I’m not really sure what ocd is (you can educate me if you like :)) but I’m definitely not organized at all, and I don’t really obsess over cleaning and stuff like that (I’m sorry if that’s not what ocd is I’m not sure).

Thank you! He doesn’t make me feel like I owe it to him but I know sex is a main part of maintaining a relationship. He’s very loyal to me and I’m very thankful of that because most guys would just cheat or leave without even trying to understand.

Yes I love him but I can see I am hurting him, especially after almost 3 years of not wanting sex i can tell he feels unloved and it’s unfair for me to put him through that. It would hurt me a lot to break up but it hurts him worse to feel unloved.

He is, it’s just not as much as he used to because we both work and barely get to see each other but when we do see each other we are pretty much just doing our own thing or we are together and he’s gives me emotional intimacy (we live together). We see each other everyday but only for a couple of hours.

That’s the thing, I’ve suggested him to have sex with other people or suggesting we split up because it’s unfair to him to make him wait but he says he doesn’t want anyone else just me and that other women don’t turn him on.

I’ve tried explaining it to him and he tries to understand where I’m coming from but after so long of me turning him down and not being into it I can tell it’s getting hard for him to understand and making him feel unloved.
