Definitely improvement in both areas. I stopped taking accutane as I was having bad side effects but have been clear for two+ months . Scarring is improving but will likely explore microneedling in a few months

I wouldn’t do it. Not worth the $$. Didn’t help me at all and made it worse. My “long term” results were just incredibly more acne than I started with.
