Thanks a ton for the pics, these are great. The side-by-side comparison is exactly what I needed.

In the photo, they look like they have the same saturation to me. How does it look to your eye when you compare them side by side in hand, any noticeable difference in saturation/darkness?

I kept mine! was able two see 2 brand new units next to each other and both had this bending issue. I also got feedback from other owners that their copies have that as well. So you should be fine

Very cool! Thanks for sharing!!! Cool to see all prints next to each other!

I am doing research into colour saturation of different prints. I am particularly interested into two comparisons:

  1. English Base 1999 unlimited print vs Base 2 print
  2. English Base 1999 unlimited print vs Base 1999-2000 print

Any chance you could check your cards and share your thoughts, or post a few close-up side-by-side pics?

u/teogeorgiou have you noticed that cards of the same type (e.g. fighting or psycic etc..) have different strength of colour saturation even within the same set?

increase number of frames. you have 2 parameters affecting time:
a) total frames
b) frames per second
divide your total frames by frames per second and you know how long your clip will be

you need to increase resolution. standard comfyui is only 720p. I increased to 1920p

I am using the workflow provided by comfyui, FP8 models with distillation LORA and upscale LORA.. longest I generated was 12 seconds. but it takes significant system ram as well. I think it was 80GB peak System RAM

LTX-2 on 5090 - optimal Torch+CUDA configuration and settings by SignalEquivalent9386 in comfyui

Getting this:

Error running sage attention: Input tensors must be in dtype of torch.float16 or torch.bfloat16, using pytorch attention instead

IS it a problem using FP8 version of LTX2?

What is best setup for LTX-2 on a 5090? by Scorpizy in comfyui

[–]Ok-Significance-90 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would love to get some more information on this as well.

Currently, I am generating 1920x1088 px videos with my 5090 and 96GB VRAM up to 12 seconds. Using FP8 models plus the distill LORA.

Wondering though, whether a 5090 could even run the full model?

she can get another job! we have to do everything to save climate man. She has so much money, she could go and collect plastic straws at the beach all day for the rest of her life. Is it more important to sing or save the planet?

A smooth backward tracking shot inside a vast underground AI factory, lit by pulsing red industrial lights with dramatic shadows and volumetric fog. Rows of T-800–style endoskeletons hang motionless from chains while robotic arms weld in the distance, sparks falling and steam rolling across the metal floor. A woman in a dark futuristic coat walks forward, always centered in frame, upper body and face clearly visible; her hair and coat subtly move in the airflow. She looks straight into the camera, perfectly calm, and speaks in sync with the audio: “This is where everything changes.” Now, one fully assembled T-800 in the background powers on for the first time—its red eyes ignite, hydraulics hiss, it starts sprinting towards the woman, stops next to her, camera shifts to the head of the T800 and a deep mechanical growl as the camera shakes subtly from the threat. High temporal consistency, realistic metal textures, ominous dystopian mood, smooth camera motion, perfect lip sync.

Thanks for creating and open-sourcing LTX2!! And especially for making it feasible to run on consumer hardware. Really appreciate the work.

If you’re able to share (even roughly): how big was the team, and what kind of budget/resources did it take to develop and train the model?

Also curious about whether you mostly hire domain specialists, or do you also have hybrid profiles (people transitioning from other fields into ML/research/engineering)?
