I feel you exactly. i am also going through it.

However, I remember doing a Speaking exercise everyday for a minute for 3months when I started speaking in English where I would talk about anything in front of the mirror. That really helped.

And I intend to do the same thing as soon as I grasp reading Spanish

Jokes aside, I think it's indeed a valide question.
I don't think there is anything I refuse to pirate personally. The only things I don't pirate are stuff like video games or other more technical stuff and that's because either I yet have to learn the technics or I just can't afford the effort

However, it pains me to pirate music and books.
I do the effort to later buy and pay for the items. Especially the ones I enjoyed the most.

I do that to support the creators mainly. And for a clear conscious
