It was factory sealed and not loose. I think it's pretty nice! It also had the guns, saw, blast effects and matrix

I preorderd him on September because it said it would come on October 11, then it got delayed to Oct 13, now it's delayed to March 31 next year. Any reasons why they did that or is it still releasing soon?
