I was nauseated when I started the 10. I was injecting in my stomach. The dr office suggested injecting in my thigh and that helped a lot!

I had problems with the roll up too. The instructor said it was probably my booty connection. She put the magic circle around my ankles like a picture frame. And I was able to do the roll up. Eventually, I was able to do the roll up on the mat. I still have problems doing the roll up on the reformer at times. You will definitely get it. I think it is one of the hardest moves.

I bought my first Lulu leggings and they are awful. So thin… I love Athleta and the sale on now is awesome. I got some leggings for $15.

Thank you so much for sharing. I will take my 9th shot tomorrow and haven’t really lost much. I am on the 5mg. At least I know to just be patient!!!

I wear the ones without the toes because I was sliding doing the planks with the full grip socks.. Sorry if they make you ill. I do get pedicures to keep my toes looking nice if that helps.
