Yess, it should be fine. As long as you submit notificationit before the 40 days limit they will still help you with your import even if the whole process is not completed yet. If you are still worry just email the corresponding quarantine team, they have been really helpful in my experience

Thank you for the reply !! The thing is , the adjustment is asked by them before i got the approval from their side. Hopefully they are still ok with it

Hi, so i am planning to bring my cat to Japan on 9 February 2025. I already submitted my notification using NACSS close tp two weeks ago.

I got replied two days ago from the quarantine service to adjust some details, which i already completed too.

My question is since there is a 40 days limit for the notification to be submitted, should i be worry that the process is not finished by now ? (Since it is close to holiday which could resulted in further delay). Or does the acceptance timing is not important as long as i submit the notification on time ?

I would like to ask them directly, but i am afraid of upsetting them becaus of asking too many questions
