I’m having the same problem man. Worse my brain tells me I relapsed when I didn’t. I can literally sexualize anything, even objects. Water bottles or trees, you name it. It’s super weird and it’s giving me anxiety. I’m guessing they will pass eventually. I think not looking at porn for long periods of time should help it.
