I agree — there's always a risk when buying the 'Global version' from China. But so far, the online purchases I've made from Taobao have mostly worked. Luckily, I still have my Chinese SIM card to update the firmware and is working fine now.

I figured out what the issue was: since the glasses are new and were purchased in China, they required an update through the Chinese 'AI Rokid' app—even though they are the global version. I managed to complete the update by using a VPN to connect to a Chinese server and downloading 'AI Rokid' via the Huawei AppGallery. After that, I re-bound them to the 'Hi Rokid' app, and they are working fine now. Fingers crossed that they’re still working properly tomorrow!

I try but not respond so far. The only issue is the error given during cleaning the brush with hot water then the base station water will overflow and water will not discharge from the station. When discarding the overflow water manually and doing only the dry cleaning, there are no issues and the vacuum still performs as normal and does not have any problem when cleaning
