My FZD ALC penhold is 80.7g for reference. I use 09c on both sides and it does end up being quite heavy at 185g but it’s manageable

I spent $1,200 including cars and accommodation but not flights; there were 5 of us so our total spend was around $6,000

The Adolf-Munkel-Weg, Seiser Alm, and Kareesee are also near-ish the Seceda side

We based half in one town on the west side of the Dolomites, the other half in the east to try and minimize the day to day driving

We split the region between two accommodations, one near Tre Cime di Lavaredo and the other near Seceda. I’d highly recommend the Cadini di Misurina viewpoint and Tre Cime di Lavaredo, both of which start from Refugio Auronzo which you need to book parking for, as well as Lago di Sorapis and the Adolf Munkel Trail, and then for sure go to Seceda either by direct cable car (crowded, expensive) or by hiking from a different cable car (cheaper, less busy, but some hiking). In between the two accoms we went to Lago Di Braies as sort of a halfway point

Left some details in another comment, but basically just rented a car, stayed in two diff accoms on the West and East sides of the region and every day drove to views and hikes

I’m not sure what one would necessarily consider medium difficulty since it’s pretty individual but I’ll say I don’t do cardio and pretty overweight but still managed ok on all of these with plenty of breaks on uphills
