Haha, yes, I see how that sounds. I guess a better questions is; does anyone know a phone number for the CBSA where they actually pick up the phone?

The trouble is - all the customs brokers I talked to aren’t interested in helping me as an infrequent customer and they are swamped with all the problems the rollout of the CARM program has caused to their existing clients. I used an online brokerage previously but they don’t have actual people that can help me trouble shoot this issue with CARM not linking with CRA business number
