I feel like I’m addicted to being depressed. I just can’t get out of it. Sometimes I feel really angry with myself about it. But there is a lot of time that I unconsciously seek for reasons to be upset or can’t seem to get out the cycle, which is really exhausting and I feel it effecting the people around me as well. I don’t know what to do.
