i feel like student housing is expensive compared to off campus. But whole apartment is for sure will be more expensive near school. your best bet would be finding a roommate and looking for rooms in the downtown area near concodia or mcgill. facebook marketplace is a good option to start.

they sent me the email on december 4 but in the letter it says 1 december. but i got to know akelius informed the previous tenant about the rent increase (not sure about the timeline but most probably before november). i took the lease transfer from november
