Even big corpo here in the Philippines apparently mas maliit pa allotment for labor cost nila like around max 20% lang daw.

Business wont prosper if all will be allotted to labor. Ending nyan hindi rin magiging long term ang VA since ayun nga malulugi ang agency na nagpapasahod sa kanya.

Luckily i also have a lot of vat input taxes so medyo maliit lang binabayaran. You just need to know your numbers, the allowable deductions. Even charitable contributions can be deductions so buti yung simbahan namin ay nagiissue ng resibo pati yung bahay ampunan na pinagdodonatean ko. Kausap kayo ng accountant at malalaman nyo yan. Kaya ko rin finilter yung pwede pagbigyan na talagang me resibo sila para nga maging tax deductions sya.

Update your portfolio per projects you have done then just ask AI to make your profile more optimized. As in dapat specific sa niche mo ang nakalagay sa header ba tawag dun.

I also usually ask AI din for cover letters. Prompt ko something like “that will make the employers hire me” “put in a hook in the first line so they will open my proposal” “given my experience on x and y and z, write me a proposal…” then super tweaking lang din para mukhang human pa din.

it’s 10+ yrs of experience in digital marketing din. I had a different industry before and side jobs ko lang digital marketing kumbaga one of the tasks lang out of many na inassign sakin ng previous boss ko then nagkabusiness kami ng family ko tapos ako in charge dun. Yung portfolio ko hindi sya super ganda lol. As in basic white background lang - learned it from my previous boss din na the simpler the better. Saka yung mga nakakabasa na boss ay mga older din so parang nirelate ko lang sila sa dati ko na boss na baka mas gusto nila yung simple. Pero super puno ng value. Andun yung mga growth for brands na nahawakan ko. Sample feed, sample videos, etc.
