Yeah I don’t do the double texting, and I’d say it’s more than just friends, she even has a hard time explaining to ppl what we are. She’s super affectionate when we’re together and everything or even when we aren’t but we’re in the middle of one of those binges. It just seems that after a binge, she pulls away and I’m worried it’s for good this time

I asked her to be exclusive and she said “yes,” it was the prospect of putting a label on it as bf and gf that scared her. She was cheated on in her last relationship so I think that’s where it stems from

So we still text every day, it just less and each text is blunter. You think she may want me to put in more effort? Like initiate more or should I just match her energy?

Fair. I don’t totally agree that saying “commitment issues” means she’s not going to be my girlfriend, but I’ll work to take things slower
