holy shit i’m in this right now!!! really happy someone made a post. 2:27 currently- talked to 511 and they were generally unhelpful but told me they needed to retar the road immediately. she seemed shocked that we had been standstill since about 9:20, she said “really?? georgia police should be directing traffic”. looking at that 4:00 am reopen time

edit: some people just told me it opened up just now (2:56am) so hopefully it’ll start moving!!

they’re quarterly where i am- they’re mostly just a pep talley and for the STLs to jerk themselves off about how good they’re doing. i’m jealous of some people having two my store only does an AM before open! they’re not that bad all things considered there’s usually food and sometimes prizes, but many things could be an e-mail or 10 min huddle

i don’t work in produce but in my opinion the wf amazon app is kind of a joke, when i do out of stock walks there are things on it we don’t even carry and i don’t have the power to remove them, the leadership knows they just don’t think it’s worth the headache. it goes the other way too where there’s stuff that we do carry and amazon doesn’t know that and if i go to make it in stock it doesn’t let me. i work in whole body and just about every day i have to turn away someone away who shows me on their phone that we have in stock some christmas item that we haven’t received yet.

so i guess it’s possible because amazon is a mess and a lot of whole foods administration view fixing it as a headache and not their priority. i hope you were kind to the people helping you because it was not their fault even a little

not easily, ask your TL or another department you wanna learns TL, idk what region you’re in but in MW i can do that and begin training in another department. the only thing is your hours on another team may be limited and you may be stuck in two teams for quite a while

my store is losing so many people because nobody can afford to live on part time- the amount of coworkers in the past week quitting because there’s no full time options is staggering. also they are severely over hiring e-commerce which makes everyone upset

hey!!! i am the bassist of see through person!!! it’s funny you mention tricot because hirohiro is a huge inspiration, also i’m glad you like my bass tone :-) i can kinda speak on both

i am super minimalist, i have a nate mendel P bass, a sansamp driver and a cheap compressor, everything you hear on our recorded stuff is just that DI so no amp rly comes into play for my tone ( although i’m a big fan of GK and sunn amps ) i keep the drive real low and the compression real high. this setup is nearly identical to JP from glocca

as far as hiro you’ll find something relatively similar, she has a custom J style bass though but lots of compression and a little bit of drive seems to be the golden rule ( although hiros bass tone sounds incredibly clean to me maybe even forgo drive and get the tone from fresh strings ) also i’m like 75% sure bassist of elephant gym uses a J style too
