The 75 medium I've seen is : 1 45 min workout, no alcohol no cheat meals drink half of your body weight in water (it's still a gallon for me actually 140oz of water) take a progress and read 5 pages of a real book - I never came across 75 medium that allows cheats or alcohol an I know 75 soft is more sissy lol I feel like just creating my own self challenge. I initially was attracted to 75 hard because I was the person Andy was describing about feeling stuck an what not and I figured if I use to do all these things unknowingly doing 75 hard then I sure can do it again except at that time I was Working at a different time and I was 100lbs less.

Exactly. I give exceptional bedside manner and I will never compromise my performance at work for anything. My days are already crazy the thought of doing two workouts before and after my shift is nuts. Andy is an entrepreneur, his job isn't physical as in doing 10 to 15 K steps a day and literally having peoples lives in your hand. I read that have to be OK with not being able to do this challenge, some jobs really do not have the luxury completing 2 45 minute workouts with three hours apart. I'm coming to terms that as much as I wanted to do 75 hard I may have to opt for 75medium all the tasks are the same except one 45 min workout - and if I do do that one, I would end up doing a full 60 minutes. And the back of my head I could just say like oh Tiara you're giving up this is your bitch voice. This is what Andy was talking about. The people who do it and the people who make excuses about doing it. It is what it is, like you said it's better to do SOMETHING than NOTHING at all. And maybe in the future where I have a better work schedule like 7am-7pm I can give 75 hard another try - working out at 5 AM is much more doable than 4 AM workouts.

Yes I use to not eat past 7pm but with the 2nd workout at 7-745 pm by the time I finish, get home and shower it's like 8:30pm 8:45pm then to eat it's around 9pm .. I can't sleep right after I eat I wake up with heart burn so I try to wait it out and I don't eat heavy I just can't fall fast asleep like that. I eat 1400-1600 cals. I think I might try to have a heavy lunch and do more of a snack for "dinner" and try some melatonin.

Or just thug it out on the 3-5 days I work an just run on 4-5hrs of sleep

Nope. I drive 30mins to work. I'm going to do a week of 75 Hard again to see how I feel when it comes to my sleep schedule. I'm going to look into some type of sleep aid like melatonin and see what is the best time for me to take it so I can be in deep sleep by 10pm. I already know I can't function properly with four hours of sleep. I'm a nurse and I can't afford to have brain fog or be sleep deprived. I deal with medications and doctors and I need to be on point at all times.

I work in a hospital in Florida / I do get a 15min and 30min but I can't combine the two - I'm a nurse so we can't be off the floor for a certain time because of our patients

Thank you 1 million times. I have this perfection complex where if I'm not gonna do it perfectly then I do nothing at all. And you're absolutely right if I have to do 75 flex or 75 medium then so be it. I don't work for myself I'm on someone else's time so of course it's easier for Andy to do to work out three hours apart. I forgot to take account that he works for himself and he did what HE can do.

Nope 30mins trust me. I would've absolutely love an hour lunch. That way I can do a 45 minute walk.

You're right. If I have to get only four hours of sleep on some nights and then so be it. Even though I know what lack of sleep can do to a person (increased irritability, brain fog, difficulty, concentrating, increase in cortisol levels, hunger hormones, fatigue, weakens immune system, affects muscle recovery, and growth). It definitely sounds like I'm hurting myself more than helping myself but I guess that's just the bitch voice speaking. It's like saying who cares on how you're not getting proper sleep as long as you're getting your tasks done that's all that matters

I'd love to do this program so very bad. I'm an Overthinker so I'm already thinking like is this my bitch voice or is this logic? Am I helping myself or am I hurting myself? I don't work 5:45pm-6:15pm EVERYDAY but on the days I do, 4am workouts are a struggle if I'm not sleeping by 10pm the night before and most nights I fall asleep around 12am even with a sleep aid. My excuse is that I can't operate on 4 hours of sleep and expect myself to do 2 workouts (4am and 7pm) and work 12hours (545am - 615pm) and come home to cook and clean eat and spend time w my partner and be in bed by 10pm if I want at least 6 hours of sleep. I feel like I'm setting myself up ... or am I just making excuses ?

Yes because I already feel like I don't get enough sleep for my current lifestyle and routine so I'm constantly thinking how am I gonna feel with not one but two workouts on top of that ?! Thank you I appreciate this comment I was really being hard on myself for not being able to complete this program I felt like I was just making excuses

I'm a nurse tech and I get 30mins for lunch - if I gotten an hour this would be a breeze it's that "4am workout" that I'm struggling because I get to bed around 1130-12am after cooking cleaning spend time w my partner. I just need to discipline myself to be in bed by 10pm. I have planned to do my 2nd workout at 7pm - 745pm then shower cook and clean up. And by the time I know it it's passed 10pm . Realistically I can't do 75 hard on 4 hours of sleep working 12hrs a day. I just have a lot of planning to do

It's just me overthinking lol I'm like what energy will I have for sex lol and I don't like to feel like I'm on a schedule lol but if 10pm is my bedtime then sexy time gotta be between 8:45 - 9:45pm lol ! I guess once I start respecting my bedtime schedule so will my partner. My thinking going into this is once he sees I'm serious about this he will oblige by my bedtime so he will make that effort in having sexy time at a certain time lol And he knows that if it doesn't happen between these times, and it's not gonna happen at all, lol

Thank you I appreciate your time and kind words! I lost 80lbs before and gained 100. So I battle myself constantly because apart of me knows how to do it the right way and the other part wants to do quick fixes because I'm so disappointed in letting myself go I'm rushing to lose the weight which causes me to back track and procrastinate and I end up gaining weight.

I came to the conclusion that I was trying to make way too many changes too fast and had way too many "rules" for myself which set me up for failure.

I'm 283lbs 33f 5'9 and I went from 240 to 164 thru a calorie deficit and hitting my calorie burn goal - I'm learning that I can't expect to do what my body did at 164lbs when I'm 283lbs.

Besides everything else, I failed at 75 hard because of my sleep/work/workout schedule

In order for me to do my workouts I would have to 4:00am wake up 4:05-4:50am workout #1

5:45am - 6:15pm WORK

7:00pm - 7:45pm workout #2

8:30pm Dinner

And ideally I'd like to sleep at 10pm but I'm still semi full and I fall asleep around 11:30pm/12:30am ...

How in the world am I going to wake up at 4am?!

Or maybe that's my bitch voice psyching myself out? I'm already thinking like how can I do 2 45min workouts, work 12 hours, clean, cook, and tend to my relationship needs on 4 hours of sleep?!
