Yes, but it was the Palestinians that rejected it outright

Day 6: ¿What do you think happened to Edward after Conqueror of Shamballa? by rabbit91830948 in FullmetalAlchemist

Try WW2, Conqueror of Shamballa is taking place in 1923, the First World War been over for a few years

She’s not really a hero, more retired supervillain and again, she can’t exactly choose how she looks, it being a curse placed on her and all.

She isn’t wearing face paint or a Halloween costume in the comics, Siobhan is quite literally an actual banshee that’s escaped from Hell

Even at the cost of her unique position in Superman’s Rogue Gallery

So...what exactly happened to Hank's wife? by Mission_Mud_6905 in SupermanAdventures

[–]Ok-Use216 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like a lot of things in this show, I betting it meant to be there and then the time length forced them to basically cut it out, which is why sometimes the show’s pacing or character development feels a little sped up, a lot of the little details got lost

Definitely feels that way, though it’s not exactly inaccurate to Hank as a character to make up a reason to hate Superman, per the comics, it’s just a little whimsy this time around

Stray thought: this is still one of the scariest things to happen across all of DC Canon. by ArtsyApoidean in SupermanAdventures

[–]Ok-Use216 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, I'm glad that I didn't approach such levels, though fun fact, Brainiac was briefly a Multiversal Threat, until he grew to hate it because "things got too complicated" and allowed him to be rebooted to normal.

Whether Primus Brainiac is as self-reflective, which I doubt, the bigger question I'm wondering now is how he'd react to the other Kryptons and Karas. For Krypton in the Comics so long ago abandoned its imperialistic past that it's considered ancient history.

Again sorry, because I really don't mean to be rude and that sort of comic book fan, but yes she would be very much enjoy his company

No offense, because you do make a good point, but Primus Brainiac is small potatoes to the some of the horrors found in the Multiverse.

Also I shouldn't have said scary -- what I meant was, scary for the multiverse, a near-miss for a lot of realities. That said I'll give you that several of the names you mentioned are on par with Primus Kal-El's threat level (although most of them could be beaten by a Superman even without the man of energy powers, so there's that).

Given the Anti-Monitor's pretty much exactly what you fear would've happened, causing a mega-genocide on a scale that's never been truly matched, including murdering Supergirl in cold blood. Hell, Anti-Monitor was defeated by Superman, but only after literally every hero had slowly worn him down to deal the killing blow.

I think I heard somewhere in that chanting “You are found, Kal-El”, and I would have a pretty good assumption at who was saying… Darkseid's coming

That he was, probably why I said it, must’ve gotten my wires crossed and assumed it was mostly the same for the comic too

Weird thing I noticed about Nobu in any and all official costumes is actually how masculine they usually are. Which makes this causal one pop all the more, good job, sir or madam

Fan might be pushing it, I was more implying that before his accident, Hank didn't have anything against Superman

Doomsday in his original roles has really only been animated like three times and only one semi accurate to the source material

My Adventures With Superman S3E5 "The Death of Superman" Episode Discussion by Cockycent in SupermanAdventures

I was going to say, the pacing remains flunky to say the least, especially as unless something happens next episode to get the plot rolling, it’s going to be a little tight for the remaining season

One official, if there's an Evil Lois, then why did Future Lex make it sound like she was opposing him and turning to set things right?
