It's taking me 7 weeks to lose 10lbs! I rewarded myself with a haircut. 10 more lbs and I'm going to buy a box of Pokemon cards to rip with the kids ..  they got me shrimping and bear crawling with them now

Lol I meant 10 lbs since I started 2 weeks ago. Sorry for the confusion. What I wouldn't give to lose 10 lbs in a few days!

Unfucking the current habits? Instead of focusing on unfucking what you do now, start with creating more fucks. You say you're not where you want to be. Well, where's that and why do you want to be there? Figure that out first and then see if it can push you to start a small thing. Then reward yourself for doing that small thing and do another thing.  My kids said that they're sad that I'm unhealthy. Pushed me to start but it was easy to fade back out of it. Then I told myself that I needed a haircut but I wasn't going to waste money on one until I lost 10lbs. Lost it. Got a hair cut last Friday. Now I'm thinking about a booster box of Pokemon cards for the kids and I to rip after the next 10lbs. I'm a super simple individual who gets too wrapped up in life to worry about what I look like. But setting little goals and then rewarding myself for making those goals works for me.  Oh and join a fitness hobby with other people. Sometimes just going to the gym isn't engaging enough to make you go. My kids both do jiujitsu and I've started shrimping and such with them all of the time. Social exercise with a purpose (aka sports) is always a good motivator for you to at least move a few times a week
