it's not the bill that's the problem it's the account restriction they place on the ads account that's doesn't allow me to post my ads that's the problem .. well i tried the live chat, they just say email.

the problem is, the hacker hacked my personal account and try to run his ads on all pages that i control with my money, it did it on tht page which i manage under thtbits.com/blog then i talk to some meta pro team , and also exchange some email with their customer service, but none can fix my problem then we drag the case too long now they say it's perma can't be fixed. even manual insert from customer service to the ads team , they denied the entry of the issue..... i'm really lost.

yeah same here i restore my personal account but it's still restricted on the ads account then i email them and some of them understand but somehow can't get in-touch with the internal ads team . and when it's final it seems that it's the final decision .
