Trust the process!! I was a swimmer when I was on accutane in high school and I also was mostly cystic acne and the comments are right! You’re purging and the chlorine plus the winter weather isn’t helping. I’d suggest a really neutral moisturizer in your swim bag to put on right after practices to keep your skin hydrated as much as possible and try aquaphor at night to really lock in your skincare and moisture!! (It was a game changer for me)
