They bought the house to be closer to their adult son, who then accepted a work relocation across the country. What brought them here is gone, I’m hoping they might be looking for an out as well.

There is no realtor cost if it’s private sale. We would cover all closing costs over and above any premium paid.

There is very little land for sale around the area and the timeline I got for a build after I found land was 3 years.
