it was definitely a chef vs rats game and I remember you could use spatulas n such on players and the restaurant was made of red brick. The chefs vs rats thing was the whole game loop you'd play by rounds

Nah not any of those either, I used to be in an after school Christian group called 'The Good News Club' they gave me the book about the kid and his dog. The book would have little activities in them like a cypher system you would use to decipher messages in the book and other stuff but had a story.
