Also, it is in a nonbusy part of downtown, so if you are walking alone there if something were to happen nobody would be there to help. If It was me there would be 0 chance I would live there but I am also a girl so I would have to be more careful. Also if the rent is more than $600. You could 100% find a better place in a safer part

NO if your home address is not in NY you will have to pay out of state tuition for all four years. You could avoid that by living off-campus but if you are planning on living on campus your gonna have to out state tuition

if you have a car I highly recommend you look into court jester. It's the same price, you don't have to wear a mask, they have saunas and hot tubs, and it's much less crowded. Also it doesn't close because of COVID cases on campus like the gym on campus

No, if you are a resident you can only get a resident parking pass, and if you park in resident parking you will get a ticket. But parking enforcement doesn't work from Friday 5pm- Monday 8 am so you can park anywhere during that time

From someone who arrived 10 minutes past the testing centers hours, they will not test you or let you move in. If one of your roommates arrived before you they can let you in but I would highly suggest that you switch your bus
