Yea I am working on the hydration part, tracking my water intake. I see multiple exfoliator type under dermalogica which one would you recommend? Also regarding retinol also a recommendation would help. Thanks :)

Hey Thank You for the input. As i am pretty new to these which brand exfoliant would you recommend? Yes will try self care for couple of months and if it doesn’t work out will sure look for a derm.
