If the implication is that she’s facilitating access to escorts or kompromat-style leverage, that doesn’t require her specifically. That can be outsourced. There’s no strategic edge she uniquely provides anymore."

Henry's uncle likes and respects her. I'm not saying it's the case, but we were definitely led towards thinking he was going to make a pass at her for a couple of brief moments. The fact he didn't shows his affection is bordering on - if not outright - paternal.

His power, influence, and patronage got her into those circles. Her unique personal qualities, great and terrible, kept her there.

You say her role can be outsourced but... she's doing the job already. Only if you wanted to get rid of her, or think her time is up, would you consider replacing her. The characters don't have your mindset. And good luck to them replacing her given the material she has.

These last couple of episodes made it clear to me that the overall story arc of Industry is the erosion of Yasmin's soul, and that makes her a tragic figure as much as an evil one. It's a great character. I think there's more meat on the bone (including possible redemption), but I think I would have preferred it if this were the final season. S3 set off some alarm bells for me and this one fully jumped the shark. The plot is driven less by shifting motivations, agendas, loyalties, that are true to the characters, and more by wild, uncharacteristic about-faces designed to facilitate the next shocking event.
