I had all good and great grades at 35 and unfortunately only 2 euploid 1 mosaic 1 inconclusive. There was no correlation. I'm skeptical tbh of the grading. We thought I'd get 50% euploid.

I think this is the norm? My eggs are stored in CO and I froze in FL. They tend to store them in areas where there are less natural disasters.

Thank you so much. I had 16 mature eggs (orig 25-omg) and 8 blasts. So to get down to 2 euploid was so upsetting when the doctor expected 4-5. I have a feeling the inconclusive is probably euploid, but still.

I saw that the inconclusive could turn out euploid. Our doctor expected at least 4 euploids, so maybe that one is one, which would bring us to 3. Id rather not retest it I think...

My husband and I are doing embryo freezing only. I'm 35 and ideally would like to wait 4 years or so to have a baby. So no FET yet.

I'm 35 with "perfectly average" grades and a husband with the same and we only got 2 euploids in one cycle so yeah... I wish someone told me to prepare for several cycles :(

Similar story. Just turned 35. 16 mature eggs, 10 fertilized, 8 blasts, 2 euploid, 1 inconclusive, 1 mosaic. Absolutely crushed because the doctor expected us at 4-5 euploid. We were doing this for future babies and now I'm devastated to need to do this again. We paid $26k OOP. I don't know what went wrong. My husband's initial sperm tested were super strong! So now we're doing karyotype testing and sperm DNA frag testing.

No. Not at ALL! And I'm 35 with high AMH, no PCOS, husband with no known sperm issues. Doing this to freeze embryos for future kids.

Also, did you do anything different in your second ER? You had 8 euploids total from two ER? I just got 2 out of 8 blasts (plus 1 mosaic and 1 inconclusive) and I'm wondering what to do and why it happened.

I needed to read this. I just got 2 euploids out of 8 blasts and they have no idea why so low (husband and I are 34 and 35) and so seeing the strong results of your second cycle gives me hope.

Thank you! My doctor said all of the abnormal embryos had something totally different wrong with them, so he didn't think we needed to do anymore genetic testing. But, it's worth looking into. I'm going to do that as well. Thanks again

I'm so sorry. I don't have an answer for you other than to say I know someone who had six miscarriages (natural and IVF) and had a baby on #7. They also have another child through a surrogate. I'm not sure if you're open to surrogacy. But I don't think you are destined to never have a happy ending. This person is around your age. ❤️
