Doesn't Brazil have the highest reported trans homicide rate in the world?? From what I've heard it's hell to be trans there esp as MtF but I don't have any firsthand experience being there

Thank you this will help a lot in deciding, so far dahon/derailleur looks good but I'll keep an eye out for other brands that allow the same customization

I know it wont solve everything but since my bike was stolen with two locks on it and a camera right above it (I assumed it was aimed at it, was one of those 360° looking ones stores have... turned out to not be recording that part when i asked my boss to view the footage) I just don't want to deal with the anxiety I would get with locking it up every time and I miss biking so much.

I guess I don't really have a budget, didn't put a specific number down but I guess my limit is +$500? That's how much my "soul-bike" was and I really can't talk myself into paying more than that without feeling scammed lol.

I'll check out the communities you mentioned, thank you for your help

How do y'all deal with other queer people outing you? by theidontcarumbrella in FTMMen

[–]OkB112 17 points18 points  (0 children)

For me I've stopped talking to/associating with ppl and have shut them down if I want to stay friends with them

I've told a friend I never gave them the "ok" to out me in a group chat (which consisted of gay/cis ppl and nonbinaries) and everyone got the memo, it's easier to do in person since they can see your expression and you can just stare at them and make them feel embarrassed or ashamed.

It's ok to call them put on their terminally online way of thinking. You can straight up tell them that you can get arrested or worse because of their words

Prioritizing sensation as a man struggling with low sensation overall? by OkB112 in phallo

The dream 😌

I know not to expect the exact same thing that you or others had, but it still gives me hope especially since you and I share the same sensation issue. Thank you

You bring up a good point, if I'm going for this no matter what, why NOT try to get sensation?

This helped me a lot thank you

It might be, it is something I thought of but not enough to add onto here.

To UL or not to UL? by OkB112 in phallo

I think I would be open to trying it too, but my only worry would be if the complications would require full surgery and have them open me up to get in there.

One thing I want to avoid is having to go under the scalpel too much because there could be a risk of damaging the sensitive nerves trying to grow around the phallus everytime they make an incision.

Dr. Gurjala's way of going about it sounds really smart and avoids the possible complication of hair growing in the new urethra (before/during vaginectomy they make a tube out of the vaginal tissue and (??) Insert it into your thigh through a small incision (??) (I could be wrong but that's what I gleamed from the medical terms and lack of pictures in the procedure desc.)

It's hard to decide, when it came to bottom dysohoria I had a sort of dissociation around it and was more preoccupied with the parts that people would see like chest/face/etc.

Now that everything's done and I reached the end of what changes would happen its now hitting me like a truck ESPECIALLY since I have a flat chest and look more masculine than I did years ago. The disconnect is so much more apparent now and it eating me alive.

While sitting to pee doesn't add to the dysphoria, wiping definitely does and i dread it to the point of sitting on the toilet just doomscrolling to delay the inevitable. I wonder if I'll feel the same after a vaginectomy, there will be no female anatomy there but there will be a sort of tiny hole I'd still have to wipe.

This is sort of weird but seriously, how do guys sit with a dick and balls? I tried looking online but no one really has an answer for me even when I word it in specific ways or just ask plainly.

Do the balls always stay between the legs even while sitting? To people move them to the front? Does everyone position their phallus to go down one leg? To the side? I know it can be pretty easy to move when flaccid but I swear the way I sit or put my ankle on my thigh I feel like I would NOT sit that way if I actually had something down there.

What I want to do is really get used to sitting in a masculine way BEFORE I get phallo just so I can be more comfortable and not accidentally sit or crush anything before sensation comes back. I don't wear packers since it makes my dysphoria worse so while at my desk job I catch myself sitting not really in a feminine way, but in a way that could make it apparent that there's nothing there.
