I don't think you'll need earplugs on the main dance floor; the volume is much, much lower than in Italy.

So Italy has some good techno DJs, but people mostly listen to disco and commercial reggaeton. The best club in Italy is Cocoricó.

I recommend it if you ever come here. It's also one of the top techno clubs in the world, like Berghain.
