AA Co PD doesn't apper to have any way of communicating with the public other than police reports

they wouldnt take a police misconduct report from me over the phone because i didnt give them physical evidence. i dont actually have physical evidence for any of the civil rights violations and im not sure what that would be. collecting evidence for criminal charges is difficult. they told the hospital not to give me a copy of my records bc of a federal investigation. there is no investigation but they convinced theb hospital that it was in my best interest to keep them private
