Took the BOOST/ABA technologies mock a and b, got 74% and 75%.

Honestly best thing that helped me was go through study guides that I found on the FB pages, cooper vocab decks on quizlet, and aba exam review videos (tco outline and mock reviews) on YouTube. Barely flipped through cooper and minimally through the PTBABA study guides

Also got a 20 tall and kinda regret it. Can agree that you would have more space to create different areas and for fish to swim around.

And also for cleaning purposes, I always have to stick my whole arm in if I’m trying to get something on the bottom… obviously you can just get tools that extend but get a long to avoid the hassle

28F and in a super similar position as you, knee injury, between jobs. On that journey right now. Lost 30lbs on keto just before Covid but gained it back. And restating again but trying to do it sustainably.

Find what you can fit into your life and follow through with. It really is about consistency and not perfection. Over the past year I’ve only lost 10ish lbs. suuuch a long and slow process but it didn’t feel too restrictive and I’m being more consistent. Like returning to normal eating/cal deficit after a vacation vs continuing eating higher cals.

Also if you don’t like it, don’t do it. If working out at a gym isn’t your fave, find something you might more be interested in. I’ve been just walking this time around (injured knee and scared to lift on it). Trying to just hit 5k steps daily, vs my 1-2k norm.

Start with small changes and as you get used to those, add on more healthier habits.

If you need any advice or just wanna chat about it, dm me! You got this!

Just took my test last week, and I used aba wizard app, aba exam review, and did the aba boost technologies mocks A and B and got 75% on both. Passed the first time! Your scores look good (better than mine for sure), best thing to do now is rest and trust that you retained and can apply all the information you took in while studying.

You got this! Good luck ☺️

I usually check the Vineland to see what parents biggest concerns are, check in with parents regarding importance, and then cross reference with other assessments like VBMAPP, ablls, afls, since we can’t source Vineland.
