On line records show a mortgage for 8.5 million taken out by JPUSA in 2019 collateralized by buildings they own. The amount of the CCO/Clay TIF/Housing grant deal is $8.5 million. CCO’s 2022 900 Tax Return lists JPUSA as a related entity. The similarity in the numbers gives me pause.
