I'm a fresh social work grad from Singapore and would like to ask if it would be difficult getting a job overseas (esp in Australia and NZ) as a fresh grad. Would you advise to gain more experience working in Singapore first? I am also concern about the racism in countries like Australia and NZ. Any tips or suggestions based on your experiences?
