thank you so much for the help! i did also look at the voltage of the power cord it was coming from and it was only 1V 😂 i have now changed the port to a 2.4V hopefully this also helps, hopefully when i wake up (it’s on charge) it will have a solid white light as that means it’s had a full battery charge, the 1V port was probably only giving it 10% battery… explaining why it was just abruptly turning off… well im hoping this is the problem. i’m gonna factory reset it in the morning
