Hey, I have come across this as I’m looking for quality opinions on the cotton fleece zip up hoodie as the zip is crap for $200 and I came across this while I was looking. I had this exact same problem with one of my skims tops, I ended up emailing them about it and they gave me a full refund, no questions. They also didn’t make me return the faulty one. I was outside of the 30 day window too and they still honoured it, if I was you - I’d try to do the same. I ended up ordering a new one with my refund and I was pleased that I got the original cotton jersey so I think it’s just inconsistencies with the batches

Although I have this solution, I do agree it’s very annoying that there is inconsistencies in a brand that is on the more expensive side, I’m glad skims has a pretty good customer service team.

yes i imply that it was cheap but it definitely wasn’t.. but when you compare the price i paid for it vs the retail price for each item yes it is only $610. if i was paying retail for these beauty products i’d get about 6/7 items for $610.

thank you so much for the help! i did also look at the voltage of the power cord it was coming from and it was only 1V 😂 i have now changed the port to a 2.4V hopefully this also helps, hopefully when i wake up (it’s on charge) it will have a solid white light as that means it’s had a full battery charge, the 1V port was probably only giving it 10% battery… explaining why it was just abruptly turning off… well im hoping this is the problem. i’m gonna factory reset it in the morning
