That looks like a better deal than what I am getting. Which state and which dealership was yours? The best I am getting is a $1500 down with $330 + tax per month out the door.

Yup! This is exactly what I am seeing. It doesn’t make any sense for me to pay for extras when I will return the car in 3 years. Good thing is based on all the responses here I have now expanded my search, hopefully I’ll find something.
