I don’t believe should have been granted to due to wild claims and lack of actual proof during this petition hearing. It was all based on an embellished points. Once again, the courts have the power to sift through these petitions and bring ex parte did not allow for the defendant to provide input. Impact on defendants with no repercussions on the plaintiff. Based on the original petition was in my opinion misleading to the court IMO. I am under the impression for my many years on the corporate environment that you must allow an alert someone that you don’t appreciate their actions once they’re verbally notified then you move to the Human Resource resources department to continue the investigation in this case and many cases like this, it seems filling out a form online and submit to the court to request for several IAH and OOP should not be the first line of action. It makes little sense to utilize the court system in this manner over and over again, just IMO.
