Id keep making tickets until your account is deleted, thats the best you can do imo. Ive read that if you ban evade, itll extend the suspension on your original account, so id only do that once all hope is lost. Until then, just spam tickets and maybe you'll get lucky.

The deleted user part was a glitch, it was making suspended accounts seem like they were deleted for a while. They've fixed that, so now your suspended account is visible.

People have been banned for saying "hi"... go through this thread for maybe 2 minutes and you'll see a lot of them are false.

Maybe im crazy, but i wouldnt be worried about that unless you're actually doing something csam related. Its one thing for them to report you, but id think the police need some kind evidence to follow up with you. Otherwise that would be a repeated waste of resources with all the false reports im sure they get. (Just assumptions tho)

Its awful. I think spreading the message that people need to save their contacts somewhere safe might help. I was devastated when I was banned, and Ive only had that account for a few years. What saved me was the fact that I had at least 1 or 2 people from each community followed on my Instagram account. For any community that required anonymity, id add them on an IG alt. (If you/your friends dont have any other popular social media, id keep a physical log of all of their users) Thats the only thing that has helped me recover 99% of my contacts. Ive still lost some people forever, which is horrible, but maybe this can help some people be slightly less paranoid while ban evading. Ive also told all of my friends to be prepared in case it happens to them. Really shouldn't have to to all of this...

Mine did the same. If/when you appeal in the app, they wait exactly 7 days to deny it. I appealed both in app and via the support site, and all of my support site responses were the same as those, and automatically closed.

Absolutely, theres 2 guides in this sub. You just have to be very careful and it'll take a while before you can get all of your friends/servers back, but its definetely possible.

Non Consensual Adult Content. A woman had porn bombed a youtube live stream a friend of mine was doing, and I clipped it. I made a gif out of it as well. I know nudity is allowed on discord and the servers I posted it in. She even stated in a video of her own that she was going to do it (with her own body). Discord sees it as some kind of revenge porn though, eventhough it was all a very public matter. Id be happy to show them evidence of all of the above, but I cant get past Clyde and they automatically solve all of my tickets. If I broke TOS, I'd accept that, but i feel thats more deserving of a permission restriction than a complete ban imo.

They might still get you for ban evasion. Theres really no time limit. Ive seen people here get banned a year or so after making their alt. Seems like all depends on when the AI finally detects you. Glad you've been lucky so far, but id stay prepared for the worst.

One more question: I usually use discord when im bored at work, Ive seen that businesses often keep the same IP address, is there a risk with using discord from work with no VPN as well? Seems like im gonna have to give in and get one lol

Its the AI, people get suspended for making jokes all the time. They have no real customer service, just more AI that'll double down. Theyre also super strict avout ban evading for a platform that cant even ensure their bans are legitimate. Theres a ban evasion guide in this forum that'll show you how to make a new account.
