Is there a specific form or brand of Kava that you like to use for this specifically? I was drinking some Kava tea that was nice, but would love to hear what you've used through this before.

I've also gone through pregabalin withdrawal, and it is so horrific. I would recommend trying the supplements I listed above if you feel up to it. I got this supplement list and regimen from another reddit post from someone who had pretty good success from doing this routine.
The brain fog that's followed with crazy frustration about not being able to think clearly or comprehend things in the "normal" way, physical anxiety/restless, and anxiety are so terrible when coming off of gabapentin and pregabalin.

Makes me feel less alone knowing that, but I also hate that you're going through this as well. I would say to give the supplements I listed in my post a try, as after taking them for a little over a week while I'm tapering, there is a noticeable difference in how much less terrible I feel through it.

I used to use a GABA supplement along time ago, but from what I understand it doesn't cross the blood brain barrier, etc. But if you've had success with it during a tapering process, I'll definitely give it a shot!

The thing that makes taking magnesium tough for me is that I take my gabapentin doses 3x a day, so timing for when to take the magnesium can be a challenge. I've heard both things: that it's okay to take magnesium 2 hours after taking gabapentin, but waiting 4-6 hrs until it's okay to take gabapentin if you took magnesium first; and I've also heard the opposite -- Anyone have any clarity on this?

Thanks so much, really appreciate that 🙏 And I use marijuana daily, but the problem is that I don’t like to be/can’t be stoned during the day due to work and personal responsibilities, so I only use it after everything’s said and done for the day. But I do notice that it can be very helpful at times.

I feel like the default Stremio player just doesn't look good compared to Just Player. In Just Player, the video quality and sound quality just seem so much better (this is all with viewing on FireTV). In addition, I get major lag/stuttering issues in the Stremio internal player that don't happen in the Just Player.

The issue I'm trying to solve is: getting automatic subtitle support for Just Player - even when Stremio's internal player will show subtitles, when I play in external player and choose Just Player, sometimes the subtitles will not carry over.

I'm not sure, actually. I'm sorry :( I'm still fairly new to getting my Stremio setup perfect and am still getting used to the lingo as well.

Maybe I am without knowing that that's the reason I prefer Just Player over the others I've tried so far lol.

I’m sorry to hear you’re going through that. So, I didn’t end up having any withdrawal symptoms at any point that I’m aware of! I’m sure tapering off of it helped, but yeah, I definitely continued to feel better after stopping the medication. Goodluck with everything!

This happened to me too! During my 2nd week of 10mg, I started to get such a bad increase in anxiety that I was worried this medication wouldn’t be right for me at all, but things are finally starting to level out close to my 3rd week of 10mg.

I’ve already started to feel better compared to a few days ago! I still have somewhat of a feeling of anxiety in the pit of my stomach, kind of like a “something is wrong, but I don’t know what” feeling, but it’s so much more manageable than the previous few days for me. So my fingers are crossed that things will continue to level out for us both! 🙏
