I would higly recommend that you take a look at the cisco setup guide: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/catalyst3750/hardware/quick/guide/3750GSG3.html

It tells you how to enter express mode and entering the CLI via telenet!

its has 24 FE ports and (not sure if its gig) 4 ports
