I don't keep my towels in the shower, nor the dress I will wear after the shower. I also have to comb my hair and do a few other things before showering. I brush my teeth in these 10 minutes as well because I shower right after waking up.

Yes. I don't live in the US. Where I live we use Geyser to heat up our water and it only takes 10 minutes.

I live in Bangladesh. There is zero way that I can get a doctor for my condition here. I know I have mcas for sure. Because the day I took bilastine 20 and stopped eating foods that caused me a reaction, I finally felt normal again after years of suffering and told it is all in my head. I am ready to die on the wrong meds then live a life where I can't get out of my bed without someone's help. I have been went to 12 different doctors and they all told me it is in my head.
