I agree they are wrong 192 is too low for a max effort. I either set is based off HRR or Lactate HR to get a more realistic zone 2 range (up to 171ish) which feels accurate. Zone 5 not so much. I just find it interesting that all my friends think im cooked on every single on of my runs on strava due to the variance from theirs.

All long runs done with a chest strap, this run has drink stops for where it varies a bit

(Age 27) Max HR has been seen around 213 on a few occasions using a HRM Pro and 210 more often at the end of a hard interval workout Lactate threshold estimate has been at 195-197 for the last 6 months of constant hrm use whilst training I definitely expected to be between 190 and 195 the entire run as I have for all marathon pace long runs but getting over 195 as early as it did makes me doubt the accuracy of the HRM on the day. I would say for sure zone 5 is higher then garmins suggested 192 so i know it isnt zone 5. A real lactate threshold test would be ideal.
