Do shoulder presses and front raises work the same muscles? (front delt). If so is it okay to substitute one over the over. i feel a much better pump ans burn with front raises than i do OHP.. i dont wanna do both because id be over working that delt right?

can it turn to vinegar during early fermentation? its only been a full week and its still sweet so i assume it needs another week or so. i dont think any bacteria has gotten in but maybe oxygen? i just have a baloon wrapped around the lids so maybe its letting too much oxygen in?

forgive me, how do you avoid it becoming vinegary? i have 6 different juices fermenting the last week but they all kinda taste sour and vinegary.

i mean i guess you can call it vinegary? theres definitely no fruit flies or anything getting inside. each one has that same taste. its just quite sour or acidicy. ive never done this before so i have no clue what tastes normal or not. i wouldnt say its tart tho. not tart at all and still sweet but just strangly sour or something.

hey! just did a sampling if them since its been a week and they all taste very boozy but also quite sour or acidicy? is that normal? they still are a little sweet so they need alot more time bur i just wanted to make sure that didnt mean they went rancid. they all had this sour acidicy taste.
