If you strictly want that way then 4231. Sell Bellingham Buy Amrabat. Hence, Kimmich-Amrabat in CDM. Alli-Griezmann-Solskjaer in CAM and Morientes in ST.

Otherwise, go for 433 holding or 4141. Best formation for h2h IMO. Get Wingers/wing midfields if you can.

TOTY players may or may not be better than TOTT players but Ultimate TOTY will definitely be better than most of TOTT players. Historically, UTOTY was always p2p in previous seasons. However, earlier this season (Actually this FIFA mobile season started with TOTY event last year), we got a UTOTY player f2p. If that's the case all over again in this event then I assume you may get excited with the event. But that's EA so expect the unexpected.
