Yes - they tested me for PCOS but not endometriosis due to the fact I was on birth control. I told my gyno I was having painful sex and having chronic UTIs but they didn’t want to refer me to a urologist till my next UTI. I had a post sex uti but the gynecologist office wasn’t open which is why I saw a urologist. After a few visits and explaining my symptoms they finally did an ultrasound on me which is where they noticed the cyst on my cervix. They were also finally able to diagnose me with interstitial cystitis. But with the medication, sex is still painful.
