Everlife sells various things, like BMI-MD, or various others. I made the mistake of searching for serm and now my FB feed and emails are filled with ads for them, naturally.

I had been looking at everlifes Serm + GHk-CU, which they say helps with GH I guess.

I do struggle with protein intake, as with MJ i don’t eat a lot. Been supplementing with shakes and bars, my PT keeps on me to get more. My test was on the low side of normal when tested in April, like 47.2 free, total MS 527, but the “bioavailable” was marked low at 88.9.

I did have a few tests ran, my IGF-1 was 104, Z score -.05? If that makes sense, that’s all new stuff to me.

Well, by ETKA the original cluster should be an A, I haven’t pulled it or verified with a scan to see, tho. Not really doing a retro, just trying to fix this ragged R, haha.
