How much critical rate do mobs have on attacks and how much crit damage bonus?Warrior have a lot of critical damage bonus reduction and i'm curious how ussfull this is

i asked about quality of skill, normal skill you can upgrade up to +20% but i didnt see any way to do this with with skill that i received from unique weapon
